What is plastic spray paint?

plastic spray paint is to spray the powder coating onto the surface of the workpiece by a powder spraying device (electrostatic spray machine). Under the action of static electricity, the powder will be uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece to form a powder coating; the powder coating is dried at a high temperature. The baking leveling cures and becomes the final coating with different effects (the different kinds of effects of powder coating); the spraying effect of powder coating is superior to the painting process in terms of mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and the cost is also Under the same effect of painting.

Structure of plastic spray paint equipment:

A set of electrostatic powder coating system mainly consists of a set of powder supply devices, one or several sets of electrostatic spray guns and control devices, an electrostatic generation device (usually disposed inside the electrostatic spray gun) and a set of powder recovery devices.

Plastic spray paint working principle:

The powder coating uses the principle of electrostatic spraying to adsorb the dry powder on the metal. After baking at a high temperature of 200 ° C or higher, the powder is solidified into a thick and bright coating of about 60 μm thick. The product surface is smooth and smooth, and the color is uniform. It has strong acid resistance, alkali resistance, crash resistance and wear resistance. It can withstand strong ultraviolet radiation and acid rain for a long time without the phenomenon of powdering, fading and falling off of the coating. Powder coated aluminum profiles have a service life of 30 years under normal conditions. The surface coating ensures no fading, no discoloration, or cracking within 5-10 years. Its weather resistance and corrosivity are better than ordinary aluminum color diversification.
